which chapters are doing cob?

Get to know members from different chapters. Sometimes a chapter will offer a bid to someone they like and get to know from just hanging out. (Don't seem desperate, however, and act like you want to be friends just to get a bid, though.)

Ya definitely! Try to befriend girls in your classes though, but some chapters will do more open stuff in the spring or if they remember you from rush and liked you they’ll most likely reach out if they’re doing anything

Everyone does it differently. If a chapter only has a few spots to get to total, they may ask a woman directly they liked from recruitment who did not get a bid, or they may invite a friend of a sister. Or they may decide not to COB at all or to wait until spring and do something more organized. There is no formal process for COB. If a chapter is going to do an open house to meet candidates, they will usually announce it, but you'll probably have to look for the announcement directly on the chapter's social media as Panhellenic usually is not involved in these things.
