real houses/ rankings for fall 2017

ATO- their compound downtown/ the white house downtown big back yard/ has a basement
AGR- their huge house with a big basement out by the lofts
KS- house right next to campus dope for tailgates big front yard
Phi Delt- Lodge out past the pier with a huge garage
Lambda- the yellow house in 6 mile
Phi Sig- Brick House next to sig pi for tailgates/House behind pike with a big basement
sig pi- splitting the white house
DX- their mansion out in seneca near the airport
Asig- the sky box out by the lofts with a big upstairs party room
Beta- The fort out past the pier in seneca which has a pool
DTD- other house at the fort but it burned down
Fiji- the phi tau houses out by lowes with a cool outdoor party space
KA- ???
Pike- the shack out by tiger mart with a huge back yards
Sig Nu- no idea what they still have
SX- big house out by ingles with a big back yard

Best Tailgating Houses for 2017(no specific order):
White house, KS house, Brick House, Ski Lodge, (heard the compound is dead)

Best Outside Party Space
Lodge, White House, Shack, Fort, Lambda

does anyone know what SN does for parties outside of when they throw joints with AGR? no? its because they have none. if any at all they're super small and not worth putting them in top. move them down with KA and Beta.

This is all wrong. Phi delt is not top tier. Phi sig is not middle tier. Lambda is completely irrelevant now. The off campus fraternities are falling apart because they're taking anyone they can. Half of the housing information is wrong.
