rushing as sophomore (sorority)

How hard is it to rush as a sophomore? Im a transfer student with a 3.3 GPA, involved in campus, a legacy for a few houses, and an in state student. I'd like to join greek life but not sure if its hard to rush as a sophomore! What do sororities look for, especially as a sophomore rushee?
