There are only 2 rows to each tier anything more is just ridiculous. Order in rows is irrelevant.

ATO SN KS PDT
AGR BTP KA PKA
Top row has has a decent year so far and are the most socially relevant right now. SN has underwhelmed this semester by a lot but are still top row.
Next row consists of AGR who has a great house but for some reason hasnt carried a lot of weight socially. Good guys and girls around. Beta and KA have no house and only decent girls around when compared to top row and dont get the best quality guys. PKA will be back next fall fully recognized and that alone puts them in this row.
Mid
SX LXA DX A-Sig PSK
SP DTD PKP PKT
SX is losing a lot of momentum but it does look like theyll survive if they keep this up. LXA and DX have good houses and great guys but their numbers are small. A-Sig has a lot of numbers but their quality is equivalent of the next row down. PSK has stepped up a bit in my opinion.
Next row is sort of respectable now. SP DTD PKP have all distanced themselves from bottom in recent years but havent really been impressive. PKT used to be decent before being suspended, they come back soon as well.
