ill be a freshman next year

So I have a bunch of friends at Clemson and they told me that Greek life is getting destroyed here, but the party scene is not. I came down two or so weeks ago, and I went to a party called Sigma Splash, and that was a lot of fun. Also I heard that sigma splash was run by an underground fraternity? and that most the fraternities their were underground, so my question is when I come to Clemson should I rush an on campus fraternity or off campus fraternity. I have friends in sigma pi, sigma chi, phi delt, and ATO, so I have a bunch of different opinions being thrown at me. Of course the sigma pi and chi kids are telling me to rush them cuz of less dues and no School watching them, and the fact they say phi delt will just get kicked off anyway, and then ATO seems top, but I don't know if id fit in. Phi Delt also seems like a lot of fun, and their housing compound is really nicely set up. So could someone independent give me the pros and cons of all 4 of those "fraternities"??
