Straight up, sigma nu has everything that the other frats wish they had. They have a house with letters, unlike the plaque guys across the freeway and the dorm rejects. They have areas that they can actually use: front, side, and back. Their house isn’t built on a slope, which is great if you want to use your full property. Sigma Nu won the highest award it can achieve as a national chapter, two time in a row-check google everything stated here. Oh, they also didn’t deal with a title IX suspension in 2018-19 (look at the first negative review and you can put together who was suspended for what, someone mentions an org being suspended) you can ask some of the Greeks who went to school during those years, they’ll tell ya who it was.
