a, b and c members during recruitment?

I've heard rumors that certain sororities put their members on kitchen duty during recruitment and don't let them meet the potential new members. In other words they hide them. I heard they have "face girls" in the front and you have places to stand during rush based on how good looking you are. Is this true?

It isn't just Gamma Phi. There are a couple of houses that have done it, and I'm hearing a lot of rumors about one house bringing in a complete recruitment team from USC this next year. We will see.
