aoii still recruiting? wtf?
by: Greek OGDidn’t know aoii did that bad in recruitment. I feel like many pnm’s just don’t like their vibe. I think aoii needs to disband. I’ve never seen any sorority do so poorly

A few of our new members told me about AOII's recruitment and it was awful. Apparently Day 1 no one sat with just one PNM and one AOII, their numbers are so low that one AOII was grouped with at least 2 girls at once making conversation hard. One AOII straighten up told a PNM that she was a member of the La Verne chapter and not even from CSULB so they had other chapters helping recruit. Day 2 it was 3-4 PNM's per AOII and conversations were disjointed and didn't flow or make PNM's feel like they were interesting. They literally invited everyone back every day and gave a bid to anyone that would take it. Their house is falling apart because they do the same thing as APhi but opposite, they don't recruit based on personality, they give a bid to anyone so the girls don't we along, no one feels like they belong, and then they drop. Even after recruitment I heard AOII's number is in the 50's. Their days are numbered for sure.

AOII should honestly listen to some of these comments because it's a reality check. They haven't been recruiting well and need to change up their strategy. I mean I try to say hi to them every semester on the graduation lawn during tabling but none of them were friendly. I feel like ZTA played a part of getting girls away from AOII
