the bottom half of this list is good. beta has become irrelevant and putting phi delt top 5 is laughable. replace with sigma nu and SAE (no pledging but they will have ways around what their nationals did to them)

chi phi should be higher than kappa sig and delta chi higher than any in their group, dtd should be way lower.
