Every recruitment cycle, I watched the same argument play out in Panhellenic meetings. Someone would push for tighter values-based criteria - structured conversations, consistent evaluation rubrics, documented reasoning for cuts - and at least two chapter presidents would roll their eyes like we'd just proposed banning bid day entirely.
