SAE, Phi Delt, and SigEp are the best

Though I think this list is pretty weak without K-Sig, Delt, and Pi Kapp

Delt and K Sig both have way better parties. K Sig has stepped it up big time this year and always throw down. Sig Ep parties, but are only decent at best.
