Zeta parties more than Kappa or Pi Phi.

That is about the only difference I see.

Pi phis get married before the graduate. Kappas graduate with a boyfriend. Zetas graduate with a situationship

Pi phi, kappa and theta are top tier at all universities in Texas. Zeta is good but is considered mid tier.

Pi phi - known for being classy and smart
Kappa - basically judgmental, rude girls no one likes
