How hard is it to get a bid from these fraternities and will not being a legacy matter?

Both are semi difficult, just go to rush events and meet guys you should be fine

Not hard at all, kappa sig is pretty lowkey since their cinco de mayo thing. Fiji is definitely easy to rush, as they don't have a particular type.
