They're right in the middle. They win a lot of awards, but they're not top tier. I wouldn't say they're bottom though.

Great peeps, plan to rush them and others next semester. great parties, even if they are crowded. and i'm pretty sure girls get treated bad by guests, at parties. not by ANY of the Brothers. so check beore you assume who your talking to isnt posing as a Brother, same goes at any frat house. people like to pretend they are. Great peeps nad had a huge pledge class so looking into them

I think they're a pretty well rounded group. A lot of their girls don't seem like they're doing a whole lot of kegs/donuts. Overall I don't think they deserve a lot of the crap they get.

Some brothers are respectful, but some of them are douches. House is in pretty bad shape but they all know how to throw good parties. Really hoping that they get better pledges next year or so because all of their good brothers are seniors and are graduating soon. A lot of them are from up north in the DC area.
