rushing fratenrities as a sophomore

Hello,

I would be liking to rush Kappa Alpha Order and Delta Sigma Phi and Kappa Sigma and Sigma Nu as a Sophomore? If I am cool they will take me? Even if I am cut Round 1 in last year? :3

i dont think that everyone thats cool as theyre c\more competitive makes it but its worth a shot
