Yeah pi phi got a worse pledge class looks wise than tridelt and kappa, but key3 is not going away. Regardless, there is way more friend group overlap and event overlap between those 3 sororities. Sorry aphi....

Seriously just go look at the sorority instagrams. Pi Phi looks no better than DG this year. They got maybe 2 pretty girls. Kappa did great and Tridelt got a few questionable girls but they also got some of the hottest girls who rushed. A Phi did extremely well and Theta did alright. I was actually impressed by DG and ADPi this year. ZTA was eh.
