Theta Chi not being on this list is crazy literally the last frat that represents true fsu Greek life besides Phi Tau I don’t get why Greek rank thinks a frat gets in trouble they are done throwing parties. Every frat on this list flops once a year for a major party but theta chi and phi tau. Pike is irrelevant frat doesn’t even have tailgates half em go to phi tau shack behind theta

The OP list is probably accurate. It’s amazing to see the rise of KA Kappa Sig and Delta Chi over old traditional powers like SAE and Theta Chi. I didn’t see TX anywhere on the list but maybe they’re off campus for a semester. What’s going to happen when ATO and Delt come back? Both are powerhouses. ATO will probably get a house right away. Will Delt move back into their house where the Betas are now?

No talks about Delt coming back, but I think it’s possible. It won’t be for a while though. Also pi kapp killed a pledge, which caused laws around hazing to change around the state and country. Not sure why they would ever be even considered to bring back.
