Top 4 are the only 4 that have nice houses, ragers and good guys. Pike is the clear #1, KA are wannabe Pikes, SAE are cupcakes and KS are try hards but these are the best 4 that are most relevant socially.
SigEo would go higher instead of SAE or KS but they hardly throw anything good on their own and they're just as soft as SAE. Still have the best sororities around outside of Pike and are good guys. The rest on this row are solid and next most socially relevant after the top 4.
The next 7 are the last of the most relevant frats but all are a mix of guys and sororities don't like them as much. ChiPhi rages the hardest in this group but OX and SX have the best sororities around.

I can’t say I’ve ever heard of chiphi doing anything hard except for vandalizing those other bouse chapters a year ago

OP writes an accurate picture. I agree Pike is clear #1 but I object to KA being described as wanna-be Pikes. Those two fraternities are very distinct and different. They don’t always rush the same guys. Kappa Sig has never been ranked this high but the good house and location have finally caught up with them. SAE is SAE they’ve alwas been good at FSU.

KA get off of this site. You both are cooker cutter copies of each other trying to copy Pike. Neither is close to Pike.

Absolutely not. Nobody in fsl thinks that. SX is in the same tier as DX/AD, but chi phi is nowhere close to those 3
