Fraternity house capacity

Pike house capacity is 59.
In square footage it is the largest fraternity house in the country under one roof. Delta Chi is three separate houses.
Pike house is always full. Don’t know if the SAE and D-Chi houses are always full. Don’t know anything about Sig Ep, but it’s a pretty house.

Five fraternity houses at FSU were built by their alumni specifically for their chapters. KA Order, Pike, Lambda, Phi Delt and Sig Ep.
Sig Chi has plenty of money to build if they can find a property. TX has the property but somehow doesn’t have money to build. ATO will probably be OK financially.

The Fiji house is well over 100 years old. Alumni didn’t build it, but they did buy it. It’s a good house. Most fraternity houses at FSU are not owned by the chapters.

Pi kappa phi still owns their house on College. They want to come back soon. Strong alumni.

Unfortunately no, Dan gilbertson (former owner of pots and brickhouse) owns the entire property and they entered a long term lease once the renovation was done. That also wouldn’t make any sense because the parcel is one continuous residence connected

Is it possible that Lambda is going to lease back their house next year? They deserve a chance to be great again.

I’m pretty sure SAE owns the historic house in front, and leases the attached housing wing.
