Fiji and DX aren’t “Top”. I wouldn’t put Sig Ep or K Sig in ther either. Only “Top Tier” frats at fsu are Pike, SAE, and KA. Then upper mid is K Sig, Sig Ep, Fiji, Alpha Delt, Sig Chi, and maybe Beta. After that is lower mid with Pi Lam, Chi Phi, etc

Once OX is off of probation they will move up to right below Alpha Delt Other than that this is correct.

Only accurate rank. Anyone not on here is either too small or too new to be ranked with the rest of these. When ATO returns they will be a force to be reckoned with.

ATO was always a big deal here. Don’t know why they got kicked but when they come back they’ll take on the top frats. Used to be in the house Kappa Sig is in now. Anyway get that back?

It’s gonna be very hard to rise up on the ranks in 2025. No frat has gotten kicked off in 5+ years, and there aren’t any houses to fill in. SX has a huge nationals and history at fsu, and the best they could get in 5 years is a tiny one bedroom shack. I’m not even sure if ATO would be able to get something as good as that. At least SX has a pretty nice yard

ATO and Pike were the two frats who's alum run FSU so they won't have a hard time finding another house. It will probably be further away but they'll be fine, SX doesn't have the same influence ATO has here. Probably not getting the house back from KS but they don't need to.

ATO will be phi delt when they return, their alumni may be able to help them rent another set of houses like they did on Pensacola before they got booted. But there is no property available in college town/college ave/ or even heritage. If you look at ATO’s public alumni newsletters they didn’t make as much money as SX did when they sold their properties, so to assume they’ll just be able to magically make desirable land appear out of no where is crazy. If they return they’ll likely be bouse or mid with how housing is currently

I was told ATO owns a piece of property on a street parallel to College. They should be able to build there? I know KA built their own house. I don’t think SAE owns theirs but could be wrong.

Sorry but A Delt does not touch SX or beta. Still a good fraternity and worth rushing but let’s be realistic. Chi phi also should be down or off this list.
