They are definitely soft but not even close to the softest, SigEp SAE and Lambda are all super cupcake frats. Fiji at least has a pledge ship that you have to work at to get initiated, all you have to do for those 3 is sign up and you're in. Again they are soft still but not the softest.

Top: pike is the clear #1 and after that take your pick between KS and KA. Both rage, have great sororities around and are chill, pretty much carbon copies of each other between KA and KS.
Lower Top: cupcake city for these 3, yes including Fiji even though they have pledge ship. SAE is the best as they rage the hardest and take your pick between SigEp and Fiji. Fiji is more fun but SigEp has better sororities around.
Upper Mid: again DX is the clear best and I think alpha delt is the clear number 2. All 3 are solid guys though, would've dropped ChiPhi is OX was of probo. OX fell off hard though even without the probo effect.
Mid: somewhat established, idk if all 3 have houses but they all make a lot of noise and have recruited well lately.
Lower Mid: OX is struggling bad and can't do anything but even then I wanted to put them above. I didn't feel that would be fair so I have them here for now. The other 2 need work but are making some noise.

It's more like SigEp and OX spamming up votes. OXs on probo and SigEp has no house parties without joining another frats event and are hamster level soft. Literally the easiest pledge ship that soft guys target because they know it's an easy initiation.
