The Big Four and others

The rankings overlook some really good fraternities like Kappa Sigma, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Phi Gam, Sigma Chi and Delta Chi.
There really is a Big Four. I’m in a fraternity but not one of these so I can try to be objective.
Pike. You have to start with Pike because they have been the standard measure forever. Awesome house and overwhelming athletic and leadership presence on campus.
KA. I put KA #2 because they dont have any weaknesses holding them back. They are great guys who are friendly and have a good time without destroying things. They are very popular, maybe most popular, with a wide range of sororities. Nobody hates or even dislikes KA.
Theta Chi. I know most people put Theta Chi #1 or #2. They’ve always been good. They are Pikes rival in athletics and they don’t take second to anyone when it comes to social life. Theta Chi doesn’t have a lot of internal controls. It’s not like a house of cards, but TX does some things that might put them on shaky ground.
SAE. SAE is #4 and could slip lower if they don’t get control of their members. SAE has a great party house, a great local and national name, and a lot of quality PNMs always want to be SAEs. If SAE drops out of the Big Four it will be by their own doing.
