they did nothing for their pc this year. Their pc was pretty lame this past year. They had to give out cobs to get numbers. Bad exec board really screwed up

as a potential new member I want to join a fun chapter with an integrated pc that bonds from day 1. The girls I know in pc 20 didn’t have that chance. Is the exec planning events for pc 20 and 21 to bond and get a good sisterhood going?
