Why is sig ep better than Ka and sae

They can’t even do the most fundamental things of fraternity - tailgate or throw parties at their OWN house

I mean you must not go to this school or have met anyone in any of those fraternity’s. Sig ep is better then KA and sae by a landslide

That doesn’t matter. They still party and tailgate, it’s just not in their house. Girls don’t care if it’s at a house or not. It’s the guys that make them as good as they are and it’s why they have probably the best sorority relations

Either the best or 2nd best relations for sure. The only fraternity that could have better sorority relations is Pike

For the same reason that Phi Delt (who is also dry) at UF is the #1 ranked frat. It doesn’t matter where you party, it’s the brothers. The fact you’re even suggesting that SAE or KA could be better tells me that you’ve never been around Sig Ep. So you’re either in a different fraternity or a high schooler.
