Transfer from PSU

So I go to Penn State and im a sigma pi here and we have a pretty good rep on campus, but my family is moving to Florida and im 100% gonna transfer to fsu so my parents and I can still pay in state tuition, but I see like mixed reviews on the sigma pi house there, so can someone give me like an honest and real description of the frat there please

Sigma pi here is a mid tier fraternity but they are ambitious and they have a chance to rise. They have advantages. The system is down and the competition is not as much as it was.
Also they have a beautiful competitive house. They’re leasing but they’ll have it for a while, long enough to build their chapter to the next level. You know what it’s like to be in a top tier chapter. You can help them. You can inspire them. They want it but they’re not sure how. Rush is wide open. Except for a week of virtual rush you can sign bid cards anytime. Be the man.

I would unaffiliate and go elsewhere. Sigma Pi here is full of goobs. If you want to maximize your time here unaffiliate from sig pi and then rush Pike, Theta Chi, ATO, Sig Ep, or SAE (unless you’re a goob yourself)
