Question about sig ep

Is the new actually a dry house or is it only a dry house on paper? Will sig ep be able to throw parties and tailgates at the new house?

Sig ep is a seriously dry property, and that’s nationally as well. But it hasn’t seemed to have hurt them on other campuses.

They are a dry house. They rent out pots for parties. Not sure about tailgates I think they don’t do them

It’s a “dry” house with a “house dad” who is a senior brother that has been apart of their chapter for years

They’re only dry on paper. They have a SigEp from nationals living there to “make sure they don’t drink” just like how pikes president makes sure that “they don’t haze” their pledges

Yeah they’re dry, no parties or tailgates and they have a dad that lives in the house enforcing the rules. Don’t rush because you won’t get the fraternity experience you want

Parties at the house, yes. Tailgates at the house, no. They tailgate at pots but nobody minds it. You’re better off to message them or the president on Instagram because this site is bias to their own fraternities and will try to sway you away for their benefit

We cannot have parties and tailgates on our property, but we are allowed to rent out venue’s and have them there. Drinking is not allowed on premises
