ATO is generally a stronger fraternity. Better sorority relations, better parties, higher-caliber group. Theta Chi is an up and coming top tier frat that has major potential to have a lasting presence at FSU. Can’t go wrong with either or, imo.

Theta chi isn’t relevant. Their house is a broken down hotel filled with goobers. They’re only considered “top” because all other frats were kicked off.
