how to start talking to frats before rush

How would you guys suggest reaching out before rush, don't know anybody in the fraternities since I'm out of state and the contact info of the rush chairmen and members isn't available on the fsuifc website. what could I do to get a step ahead before rush?

we usually have open pregames during summer c that you can come and meet guys with before rush but cover has kinda fucced that up just DM insta pages.
