So everything except pref and bid day is online + scholarship round is just watching videos the chapter puts out. Is this going to even the playing field for mid/low tier houses or make the gap between top and bottom even more obvious??
Pnms making selections after scholarship are just going to pick top houses in my opinion... what does everyone else think?

I really can't see this doing anything other than evening out the playing field. It never works to bid a girl based on looks alone, Zeta and their poor retention rate is a prime example of that, so if houses just go with that strategy it's going to backfire on them. They'll have to get creative during the virtual rounds, and if lower houses put a lot of effort into that I think it will turn out well for them.
