FRATS THAT WILL UP AND DOWN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

MOVE UP:
1. Sig Ep- Great new house, cool brothers and sadly the future of the way frats will be run. Events are lacking but will hopefully get better over time
2. Sae- if these guys can stay out of trouble, they can really take off in the next few years. Pledge classes are consistently getting better and events are always fun.
3. Delta Chi- yes I’m putting them on here, because they have the old phi delt house and have gotten considerably better since last year.
MOVE DOWN:
1. Pike - It isn’t 2015 anymore and pikes have gotten considerably worse since. Still the top frat at FSU for now
2. Kappa Sig - slowly dying off. These guys really don’t do much of anything, and it’s a shame, because they have such a nice location. Don’t see them getting any better in the coming years
FRATS THAT WILL STAY THE SAME:
1. KA - country will never be insanely popular due to FSU being a Florida school. These guys will always be relevant and just as good as they are now in the years to come
2. Ato - these guys will always be good. Decent parties and events and have solid sorority relations. Unless they get a new house, I don’t see them moving up or down

Now at fsu, all a fraternity needs to do to be considered “up and coming” is rent a heritage mansion lmao. Delta chi isn’t up and coming they just are renting a big house

That was 5 years ago dog. Why are you still here?
What happened to you in 2015? Were you intimidated going through rush? Not get a bid?
I’m not here to prop up Pike. They can do that themselves if they want. I don’t think they’re going up or down. Pike is the same every year.

How is a dry house fraternity that cannot throw events on their property considered a “move up”? A new house is only a positive thing if you can actually throw parties in it. Cannot wait to see Sig Ep flop next year when everyone realizes they can only rage at Potbelly’s

AGD has one of the nicest sorority houses on campus. Doesnt make them top tier. SigEp and DeltaChi will see this same translation in the near future.
