Theta chi is not top tier or even number 2. Who gives them this ranking????? Yes theta chi has some quality brothers and solid kids in it but have you guys forgot about the immense amount of weirdos they have not mention they live in an awful shack??? Theta chi 2 years ago was NOTHING here.
