Will Tri Delta stay top tier?
by: Tri Deltabecause of how srat rush is set up it makes it difficult for houses to move up and down tiers. one of the the only things that can make a top house go mid tier is the cost of dues. tri delt heavily increased their dues and it shows in their recent pcs. new pcs look more like axo and pi phi imo

during financial round of the houses i got back the cheapest is like 2,000 for dg and theta bc they have older houses and the most expensive are tridelt and agd at 5000+

Since their dues have gone up, their pcs look like every other mid tier, and they had to do spring rush because they can’t meet quota. They just aren’t as pretty as they used to be which is what kept them top tier. Overall bad rep and super nasty to other chapters. People are tired of hearing they are top tier when they’re clearly falling hard.

Depends.. first semester is most costly, also depends if you live in house but anywhere between 2000-6k per semester
