Sig Ep taking over 425

Heard rumors that sig ep is taking over the Phi Delt remnant house on College Ave, is there any truth to that?

It would be a good thing for them IMO, since they can’t tailgate at their dry house they got the best satellite house at fsu

They would be allowed to. Or they could use a regular house, let’s say a current brother lives around the campus, they could use that house to party or tailgate in as long as it’s not their “fraternity house” it doesn’t have to be dry. There can only be 1 registered “chapter” or fraternity house. So they would 100% be allowed to use it. They are a dry house, not a dry chapter. And there can only be 1 dry house which is the main one with the letters. They can throw wet events as long as it’s not in their chapter house. There’s a ton of loopholes that SigEp nationals allow. It’s technically abiding by their rules and also the schools rules

you are way wrong about SPE. You think it's about the law and about fairness? It's not. It's about whatever embarrasses FSU. If your members party in an off-campus house identified in any way with SPE, then SPE is responsible in the eyes of the university. Today, SPE is the class pet and Dr Hecht is the teacher. Woe be to teacher's pet if they are caught breaking the 'spirit' of the rules.

This doesn’t effect anything. Phi delt could party there because they were a unregistered org. Sig ep can’t because you can only tailgate at your registered chapter house, so that’s not gonna work . Plenty of frats have nice satellite houses , theta chi has the big one next to KA but you can’t do anything in them or you get in trouble

I heard they have like 8 brothers moving in there and they will definitely be allowed to drink because it’s not going to be “associated with sigep in any way” the simps found there way around this one

This is not gonna work , if they’re brothers living there it’s considered affiliated. They’re gonna get boned one way or another and Considering the ifc prez is sig ep I think they’re very familiar with the rules
