I don’t have one for every chapter but:
DG: vibe is too facey even tho the recent pcs aren’t all that, stop hanging on to your old 2015 reputation and build your own
APhi: kindness and retention, they go hand in hand.
Theta: get more involved with other chapters and on campus
AGD: Ik your vibe is “we’re not like other sorority girls” but I don’t think it’s working out in your favor, it’s ok to not be cookie cutter but follow the status quo maybe a little???
Zeta: the exact opposite lol. I know that not every girl in your chapter looks like how you portray them on insta. Show the looks and the personality!!
PiPhi: get more involved with other sororities, it’s not an uncommon opinion that you all have a “snobby” vibe when it’s not true.
KD: stop showing the same 7 girls on your insta similar to zeta have the looks and the personality
GPhi: idk when I was in recruitment my recruiters were awkward couldn’t really hold a conversation, work on that
DZ: get control of some of these girls, they’re wild and they get out of control at tailgates and pots. I know some nice girls in the chapter but they get drowned out by the loud, aggressive ones.
Sig Delt: same with Gphi just like awkward conversations. Also similar to agd you have this we’re not like other girl vibe we’re edgier and idk I feel like it’s ok to show the other side of the chapter too
AOPi: idk exactly why y’all have the rep you do, but figure it out and improve on it, you have a nice house and the girls I’ve met are friendly it’s a little confusing compared to how others perceive this chapter

These are the ones that come to mind:
ADPi: I hope this doesn't come off the wrong way, but y'all come off as being a little too Jesus-y and it can put some people off. I also think you guys need to work on diversity.
Zeta: Worry about academics more than going out. Retain girls instead of just picking the most attractive girls you can during recruitment and not taking into account personality, seriousness about school, etc. (I don't know if you guys actually do this, but from the outside looking in it definitely seems like it.)
APhi: Same CC as the one I have for Zeta.
Delta Zeta: Your chapter makes no sense to me. Half of the girls I meet are sweet and have a good balance between school and being social, and the other half are totally wild. I also do not really see many of you being involved on campus. I think working on your branding might be helpful for you guys.
AGD: Some of your girls don't look very put-together during recruitment and it doesn't add to a sleek, consistent overall look. It doesn't help that you guys are typically more towards the bottom when it comes to academic standings and hardly anyone sees y'all around campus, so it just comes across as you guys having nothing to offer PNMs except for your physical house, which of course isn't true.
AOPi: Like DZ, you guys need to work on branding. There isn't anything wrong with your house, I just feel like no one can put a finger on you guys and then they see the bigger girls and just think all of you are like that. Being more stringent and exclusive during recruitment would probably help with that.
AXO: I think y'all have bigger heads than you should. You guys have a strong sisterhood, a beautiful house in a good location, and good academics but I don't think you guys are as good as you think you are. Don't get complacent and keep trying to improve upon your house.
Delta Gamma: Some of the DGs I know are the sweetest girls imaginable but I know that you guys also have some mean girls in your house. Get those girls to lose the attitude, it is very off-putting.
Kappa: No one ever sees you guys. You definitely need to work on being more involved and present on campus.
