Hardly anything has changed as far as tiers but I think recruitment-wise a lot has changed. This might be controversial but I think it’s time y’all re-evaluate your outdated copycat tier

clearly a kappa posted this bc nobody thinks they’re above aphi. kappa may have a good sisterhood but they’re not very involved with other houses and a lot of girls didn’t like them during rush week. idk who else thinks theta is forgotten about other than the person who’s posted this. they’ve consistently been top of middle and they get invited to everything. most people think they’re rising along with axo after pc19. additionally, ddd has been declining. their high dues turn a lot girls away who can’t afford it. i’d say top 3 are KD ADPi and Zeta in that order

I wouldn't put Tri Delt up that high yet. Zeta still recruits better than they do, even if they do have trouble retaining girls. Maybe in a year or two that won't be the case. For the middle, I would have:
Theta, Pi Phi, XO
AXO
Phi Mu
Lower-Mid:
DZ, Alpha Phi
Gamma Phi maybe?
Also, I'm gonna get hate for this but to me Kappa=SDT=AOPi. I really can't see the difference between these houses.

Give me one good reason why AOPi is below Kappa or Sig Delt. They all have an equal number of attractive girls, are just as involved as the other on campus, and they socialize with the same fraternities.

Maybe it’s not just about looks. personality, sisterhood and involvement is a real thing too.

There were a couple reasons why i put theta lower, they’re forgotten about sometimes just like dz, but I think theta has recruited prettier girls. I feel like they’re not super involved on campus idk I never see them. It might sound harsh but I think theta is like the mid tier version of dg.
And then as for kappa I put them there because while they may not have the hottest group of girls they seem to have a really tight sisterhood. Aphi has a really catty sisterhood and low retention, gphi keeps to themselves and are kind of standoffish as a whole, imo
