2019/2020 srats from an alum

so I never rushed but I had friends in houses all over. this is based on girls i met in classes, going out, at tailgates/dfs/formals

Top
ZTA- some really cool, mostly fake/cliquey. they have to approach you to be friends. can be standoffish. super perfectionist, fluffy pink pillows and monogrammed stationery aesthetic.

KD- classy, some have this "untouchable" air around them like being in KD is their sole personality trait, but for the most part they live up to the standard. a little stricter with social media to maintain that classy "kd lady" appearance. lots of traditional, southern christian girls

DDD- similar to ZTA in that they have to approach you, but once you get into their clique, super fun and down to earth girls. i'm not sure ab their standards but they seem a little more lax on social media/more party girls

DG- entirely hit or miss. either miami mami/daddy's money/will not talk to you OR absolute sweetheart, trendy, involved. worst part is they disguise as each other and you don't know which is which until it's too late (source: lived with three)

Top Mid
ADPi- KD junior. lots of girls active in community service & church. southern belle sweetheart type. a little more conservative, can be judgmental in that aspect. smart, high GPA, "soccer mom" (source: lived with 2)

Theta- trendy, kind of edgy, very pretty. lots of miami girls or out of state, no in between. very fashionable/well dressed all the time. outgoing party girls. the type to live in new york with a fashion job after college

AXO- "chill and lowkey", "im not like other girls", often go out during the week but are very active on campus and in class, your average sorority girl

Pi Phi- AXO part 2 The Remix: Daddy's Money. approachable and fun, can easily be mistaken for a top tier. not as catty or standoffish towards pan sisters/GDIs

XO- Theta and ADPi had a baby. odd mix of trendy/edgy/"cool girl" and traditional southern, but everyone gets along well and it works. goes out a lot, active on campus. birks, hydroflask, big t shirt, monogram laptop sticker vibes

Middle
DZ- similar to AXO in the "average sorority girl", down-to-earth, not very flashy/lowkey. i honestly don't know that many girls in DZ but the ones that i have met were sweet and just.. normal.

Phi Mu- the Moms of the group. high GPA. always hydrated. homework's done. taking care of everyone at the pregame while downing VWL. they don't go out nearly as much and are a very tight knit sisterhood

Alpha Phi- copy of ZTA but the printer jammed. alpha phi girls are close knit in that they typically only associate within themselves. facey and active in nightlife but not as much on campus. beautiful house, lots of daddy's money.

KKG- when you want to be in the above houses but get cut and aren't willing to lower your standards....... enough said


Bottom
GPhi- i feel these girls are always ranked higher but i've never really had a good experience. very cliquey and kind of rude, only keep to themselves, not very inclusive of pan sisters or GDIs. frat groupies (!!!) i would love to meet a gphi that could change my perception but.. just not pretty enough for as mean as they are, not that being pretty is an excuse

SDT- underrated by far. you can find these girls on a Pike formal (unlike anyone below APhi), daddy's money, miami girls. i feel like these are the girls that should be in DG but got dropped for looks/being too nice.
