Pike isn’t like a “fraternity” tho, not a bad thing , but they run like a business . It’s not gonna be the animal house experience. In fact I’d say pikes more like the rich kid house in that movie where it’s more about not damaging the “pike” image rather than having fun with your boys . Which I’m sure u can do in pike still but it’s not the same.

If you're asking, what I mean by that is that both Pike and Theta Chi are very, very good, at the top of the system. The personalities of each fraternity are very different, despite the reality that they rush pretty much the same guys. The cultures are almost opposite, but with the same membership base.
Pike is focused on winning, campus leaders, varsity athletes. They Chi is much more casual, more focused on having a good time and not caring much about whether or not a theta Chi is president of IFC or a student senator.
Both fraternities date heavily in KD, DG, Zeta.
Let me put it this way. If you put both fraternities in a room and everyone was dressed the same you wouldn't be able to tell the difference just by looking. But there's no way you can say the two fraternities are alike in their outlook and lifestyle.
