is it normal for frats to not have consistent parties
by: NewbieAt FSU other than fall semester tailgates, it seems that frats just throw around 1 to 2 big parties if that. Is it only at FSU or do all colleges work like that? Looking to see where to go for school and im just curious bc FSU seems like a bar town with frats.

That's normal at FSU, and it's like that for a few reasons.
- It's easy af to drink w/ a fake
- IFC only allots us 6-8 social events per semester
- We put all of our social budget into one big party each semester to compete with each other
- There are (unregistered) pre/postgames at every frat all the time, and they're usually really fun. We have to do that because a large open party that wasn't registered will get shut down by IFC in an instant.

It’s like that at other schools too, in mine we throw one party every 2-3 weeks or so then a big one each semester. Then we have pregames and kickbacks during the weekends at the house
