What’s going on? Is it changing this year bc of new Pc or same as it has been from years past?

I dont think so, the sororities generally dont really move up or down in the ranks because of how recruitment works so they're pretty much set in stone. The fraternities on the other hand have the opportunity to move up or down the rankings based on how well they do with their rush.
