what are ato /pike differences

What are the differences between the houses / guys of ATO and Pike?

Objective. They are probably the top two fraternities right now since Delt is temporarily out of the picture. Theta Chi should not be counted out. They might be as good at ATO.
Pike has a better house but ATO has a better location.
Both have Large chapters with good looking members. Both have strong histories and alumni support.
Pike has the edge on athletics, both varsity and IMs but ATO is competitive.
Both have solid relationships with top sororities.

Neither the ATOs nor the Pikes are complaining about their circumstances. FSU isn't like a lot of schools where all the fraternities have big houses that are similar to each other. Delt had one of the worst houses, but they were one of the best fraternities (and I believe they'll be back soon). Pike isn't the best because they have the mansion; they work hard at being the best. And ATO was already doing great even before they bought the town houses close to the stadium. At FSU its not the house. Its the ambition of the individual chapter.
