The only half decent party at the sae house in the last 2 years was the tailgate Phi Tau threw. But Phi Tau just got the boot. So what other fraternity is sae gonna try and use now to bring girls to their house?

Disagree. That might be the only OFFICIAL party but walk by the house on most nights and there's always something going on.
