I know Delt, Phi Tau and SAE have situations pending, but does that mean they’re not operating AT ALL? Do Delt and phi tau still have pledge classes? Since SAE has to initiate within 48 hours are all their pledges initiated now? Not a bad deal at all for SAE.

I can promise you sae doesn’t run college ave, even if they did what is that even saying? there is like 3 fraternity’s on college avenue and one of those is fiji lmaooo
KA may be low key, but they have better looking guys, and you will always find better looking girls walking around KA’s events than sae, KA runs college ave by a mile

Sorry but sigma pi and forsure delta chi are a tier down from fiji and beta. They are in heritage. That should be enough to lower them

You guys wanna bash KA, but they have managed to stay under the radar and remain as a fraternity at FSU. They must be doing something right. And as for bashing heritage, we all know that the tailgate scene switches between heritage and college ave. like every 2-3 years.
