got a bid! should i accept?

so after my first night of rush i left super happy because i got a bid, but now i feel conflicted. the first house i walked into was alpha delt, i thought i should start easy because no one was waiting outside unlike the other houses.

after i met one brother, the president gave me a bid. i was stoked. once i got home my roommate told me his brother was an alpha delt and they forced him to eat human flesh as a part of hazing. should i rush somewhere else or is it like this at every frat?
