top tier torn, help

im a freshman rushing now and i got KD, DG, and Theta back and those are the ones im the most torn by but everyone that i've asked so far both guys in frats and girls in other sororities has said theta is the chillest and the one on the come up. i definitely get the vibe from the girls that rushed me but what do other people think?
