heritage

Heritage is nice but it's so far from everything. The whole point of building it was to sequester fraternities far away from campus, and to this point it's essentially done it's job. Plus, all of the good fraternities save for have been kicked out of heritage, so there really isn't a point in staying over there. To that point, there are a lot of fraternities trying to buy houses outside of heritage - SigEp is supposedly moving into Chi Phi(?) and Pike is looking to turn the old PiKapp house next to SAE on college into a satellite house.

All of that would be a solid move, in my opinion. The closer to campus Fraternities are, the better.

That's not the way I understand it. The point of HG was to give move fraternities off Wildwood, and give fraternities better housing than the old sorority houses (K-Sig) and former family homes and apartments along the College Avenue corridor where they are now.
Chi Phi's suspension is almost up so they'll be back. I heard the Pikes wanted to build a satellite house on the vacant lot next to where they are now. The old Lambda Chi house is great and so is the old Phi Delt house. Some good fraternity needs to buy those.

once a fraternity takes over phi delts house heritage will be fine especially during tailgate szn, heritage still brings in a decent amount of chicks even with all the fraternity’s gone. just need a relevant fraternity to take over the other mansion

Heritage is dead. Sigep’s moving to chi phi, pike only does stuff at satellite houses, Phi tau is suspend for a year. Phi delt owns their mansion, it’s not a lease like other houses, no ones moving in to it, Idk about alpha delt, I heard they were getting Sigep’s old house in Heritage, but I’m not positive on that. Everyone who says heritage is still relevant are siggy piggies and tkes trying to stay alive
