First of all, this is just my opinion, you can like it or not but this is what I think about the top tier:

Pike is no longer alone on top, the only difference between pike, ato and delt is the mansion which honestly I don’t think it matters anymore. Yes it is huge and awesome but there is no more differences. Being in ATO is great, the same as being in delt and pike. They are all top houses with the gratest sorority conections, best social calendar and great brothers.
If you are lucky to get a bid in any of these houses, congratulations you will have a great time in college.
