How would you explain the difference between KD and ZTA? Or are they pretty much the same?

Ranks are based on looks a lot, so it’s mostly a style thing. KD is very girly-girl while while Zeta is a bit more edgy with it. Both are very trendy though, and really care about keeping that appearance of having it all
