ranks for fall

OK, Lets be real Theta is not that high, and Pi Phi is for sure below AXO. AXO is still above XO, and honestly AGD and AOPi have had really strong Fall and Spring PCs, where everyone else in lower mid/high bottom seems content with dropping. Alpha Phi is def on the rise.
It should be,

DDD ADPi

AXO,Theta,XO
Pi Phi, Phi Mu

DZ, APhi, Gphi

Kappa,SDT
AGD, AOPi\n\n\n\n\n

While Alpha Phi is definitely on the rise it is nowhere near the stats of Phi Mu. Or DZ for that matter.
Maybe a few more years and some really strong PCs and more coordination in Philanthropy. It takes showing up to others not just pumping your own.
AGD and AOPi are very similar the main difference I see is that AGD are more involved, unfortunately there's no denying that the new house will be bound to help them as well.
The top of the bottom Kappa and SDT I see more improvement in GPhi than anyone. SDT is building onto their house and I've met many rude Kappas.
I'm worried for Tri-Delt rumor has it their recruiting out of the Church.

Tridelt will be just fine; with or without a house. Great girls. I think ADPI and XO will continue to move-up. The super/strong Rushes (if those two) will continue.
