Do sororitys recruit over summer. I know they don't actual recruit until fall but I mean do they look at PNMs and try to befriend/win them over?

no unless you already are friends with a sister in the sorority you will probably not meet any girls. not a lot of people are here for summer C (assuming you're a freshman PNM) aside from freshman
