While in the past Theta has been popular on the street, their status has dropped in the past few years. Their reputation is that of being mildly stuck up and holding an air about themselves of being better than everyone that they are around... this is not true.

The Pi Kapp guys are by far the most real and down-to-earth. They are far from a stereotypical fraternity, which makes them some of the greatest guys on campus. They make everyone feel extremely welcome at their house and know how to have a great time with or without alcohol. They have grown so much in the past couple of years, and I am so excited to continue watching them grow and expand their chapter. Definitely my favorite fraternity!

I believe sigep is quick to be judged. Judgement is only opinion until you step into the shoes of a member of one fraternity or the other. SigEp, nationally speaking, sets out to be "different." There is nothing wrong and has never been anything wrong with being different. There are some aspects of what a fraternity IS that makes a fraternity such, as brotherhood, which i think is average for this chapter (not necessarily a good thing) but does that make it any worse than others.

I went to visit my best friend and had the pleasure of meeting many of Drake's ADPi women. These women are absolutely amazing! They are so fun, sweet, and real. If I was at Drake, i would of rushed ADPi. :)

Very, very plain Jane's. While they aren't necessarily "boring" they wouldn't exactly be considered "exciting" either. They are very much the closet floozies and boozies.
